How to make ginger spice rack and spice melange

The first thing you’ll want to do is take a bunch of dried gingers and grate them.

This is called gingering.

It’s a technique for adding flavour to food by adding a dry, finely ground substance to the mix, then pressing the mix through a mastic mat or parchment.

Once the mixture has been grated, it can be stored in a sealed jar or jarred bag.

You can use gingered fruit for salad dressing, pickles and even pears.

You could also use it to make a spice melonger.

There are several gingergar recipes you could try with gingeri, and you could also make your own.
